How it Works
We're thrilled that you're interested in working together! To help you get excited about the journey ahead here's a step-by-step guide on what to expect when you sign up.

Fill out the Intake form
Whether you are interested in meal preps, nutrition coaching, training programs or a combination, start here. This form gives us a base level of knowledge about you and what your goals are. This helps us match you with the right coach. Fill out the form here

Set up initial call
After your form is filled out, you will receive an email detailing our services and pricing. From here, we set up an initial phone call to discuss options and make a recommendation based on goals. Here is where you can get any additional questions answered before committing. Most clients do a combination of nutrition coaching or workout programs with their meal preps, to ensure they are fully supported.

Order your meals
Every Thursday a new menu comes out with 6 different options with a variety of different proteins. Make sure to submit your order before Saturday at 3pm if you want Monday delivery. We also deliver on Thursdays. This allows you to have the freshest food! One perk of working with a small business, we can also further customize your menu if you don't want the options on the pre-selected menu or have food sensitivities. Also, we have some flexibility on delivery dates as well. If we can make it work, we will!

Delivery and Coaching call
We deliver your food right to your door, or to an agreed upon meeting area. All food needs to be refrigerated so we ask you be home when the food is being delivered. Your date and time will be confirmed ahead of time. If you are signed up for nutrition coaching, your calls will occur on an agreed upon cadence (weekly, biweekly) during the week based on your schedule. After every call you will receive a recap email and a reminder for your next call. Most calls are done by phone, but zoom is also an option.
